There was a building boom in Scottsdale with residences ranging in price from $250,000 to over $10,000,000 due to the influx of people wanting to become a part of Scottsdale’s relaxed lifestyle as well as a growing job market as more and more corporations move into the area.
The Phoenix metropolitan area is a hotbed of music, art, theater and professional sports. Scottsdale, too, is certainly no cultural wasteland. 125 art galleries and museums and a number of performing arts groups are located in Scottsdale proper.
