The monthly Golf Membership dues are $337 for a single, $406 for a couple or $488 for a family. All homeowners are required to pay the $123 per month ‘Country Club/Social’ membership dues, in addition to the monthly homeowners association dues of $59 (both are billed on a quarterly basis).
